Free pick up and delivery to Melbourne subs for bookings valued over $800 (when requested at time of booking.)
Free local pick up and delivery for stays of 2 weeks or more (when requested at time of booking.)
Cats from the same home can share only if they get on well and we reserve the right to seperate them if they are not getting on. Which could cause extra costs.
Days charged are for the day that your pet comes in and the day they go home.
If your cat is picked up BEFORE 10 am and if at the time of booking early pickup is nominated there is no charge for the day.
NOTE during school holidays clients will be charged for the period of time that they have booked no reduction for early pick up . But you can adjust booking upto 2 weeks prior to coming in.
Deposit required from all new clients for christmas/easter bookings 7day minimum booking at christmas N/Y period
